Main ingredient looks to be the same. Probably is but still a good deal compared to $5+ at local stores. UGH... Wish my local Target had the deal on the replacement heads last week. Hopefully...

Not sure about the ingredients but I've used 3D White for a few months now and although it's not bleached white, it's very noticeably whiter.

my target ad has colgate optic white and crest 3d white on sale for $3.49 each and when you guy 3 you get a $5 gift card. $3.49 * 3 = $10.47 - $5 (gc) = $5.47 / 3 (tubes of toothpaste) = $1.82 here...
