FYI this is a grandfathered program - if you had the card before they changed the policy, you'll still get it. This went away sometime around June 2012.

No, I called them and they said you get one more voucher and then no more after that. Not grandfathered. I've had the card since 09.

On the app page it says "Receive a domestic economy class companion certificate each year upon renewal." Which implies paying 2 annual fees first.
