Turn down the AA. I did and my 480 GTX does fine. With AA on I was getting like 12-14 FPS with it low (like 2x) I was clearing well over 30 in the benchmark. I'd take less AA for other settings...

I agree, this is a pretty solid game all around. It's got a good storyline, solid gameplay in the Hitman vein, amazing graphics, and also pretty challenging. Definitely a steal at $17.
