Not really the case. In my instance (providing they're in stock), with shipping tax and recycling fee (California) I'd be paying about $235 total for a new one.

Is what I was thinking. Get a new one for $10 more with a 1 year warranty from Staples or somewhere or get this for $10 less and a 90 day warranty. :scratch: Pretty easy decision on this non-deal.
