What carrier are you coming from? Ptel runs off of the tmobile network so basically the same thing with some missing features but if you have good tmobile signal then you should have the same thing...

I chatted with the customer rep about it and he said all the top up are same as the startup card. So it can be used as topup, also you have 60 days to use the airtime card as per the customer rep.
