It appears not. I just bought four of these after I read about converting them to Fandango (did this once before), got my confirmation e-mail with codes and NOW it tells me I can use it at Rave,...

I have been buying and using these for almost every movie I attend. The only downside is that you have to use them at the box office. A number of local theaters have started doing group seating,...

Yep, this happened to me also. I bought a code from another site and it was 2 separate $13 codes. They never did this before but I think they're cracking down. I still have about $300 Cinemark and...

I think it will depend on if they give us 2 $13 codes or 1 $26 code. I bought some since I had referral credits but e-mail said to wait 48 hours for redemption. Right now the system doesn't...

So many steps. Just bought one, too. After the purchase you get an email to print a pdf from Brandlava. Then you need to go to brandlava.com/redeem 48 hours after redeeming the code. Hopefully...

Thanks OP. Too bad the Fandango conversion trick appears to be dead. The short redemption window kinda kills it for me. Don't get to the movies often enough to take the chance.

Any other way around if Fandango GC is not working. Can it be in anyway used as fandango promotional code??
Post #57256084 added 01-30-2013 8:51 PM by Snezz1e in Archived Deals
They gave incorrect link in e-mail and voucher. Just go to www.activaterewards.com/brandlava and use code there. I tried fandango and it doesn't work.

I tried to do that the last time this deal came around, but it didnt work for me. Fandango uses a different checkout system now, and the HMM number (as a Visa credit card) doesn't go through anymore.

Nice to get these, but to convert them to gift cards at my local theater has a $3 "service" fee. Only save $5 but its better than full price and I can use them on concessions.
