This is the same TV that was $349 before Christmas, then they jacked it up to $499, and now it's "half price" at $274. Decent price, but not fantastic as the sound on this set is terrible.

I agree. Had a 32 lcd break down on me after only a year. Bad motherboard. Good thing I had square trade warranty and replaced it with a Samsung.
