Yes - but this is pretty much the most basic in parts. You need to buy and add lots of stuff. No offense, but given your question, you would be better off starting with a little more "built up"...

I get your point, I guess it depends on how much you want it. I just sold an extra lower I decided not to build for myself (fully assembled) so I really don't need this but wouldn't mind trying out...
