Maybe I'm missing it but it looks like in store only (no shipping). That's my point. Warranty should be clearly listed on the manufacturer's website. And I wouldn't assume a UK review...

Did you read that on the box or somewhere else? Spent like 5 min on their website and couldn't find it... If you pay sales tax at Costco then you would also pay it at Fry's.

OOS for ship now, but was avail when deal posted. As for wty guess your complaint is with WD, they probably have old stock w 5yr still out there well 3-yr so they don't list anything to avoid...
