I think that is just a dock charger with audio out. The smart dock has hdmi out, 3x usb ports, audio out and charging.

There is no black smart dock. That one is a desktop charger with audio out only.
I have to say I really like this dock fits with a case in place and works with a lot of usb drives and peripherals....
