I have both, not sure about sound quality wise but the monprice 8323s are more durable and will last longer due to the plug-in 3.5mm port on the headphone which prevents shorts.

a cheap fix i like to do is take the spring out of a retractable pen, and wrap it around the end of the cord by the plug to keep that part from fraying.
