I would say no, it's not a good deal. The NVS 4200M is not a powerful graphics card since it's based on the GeForce GT 520M. The 1080p resolution is its best feature. Here are a few recent deals...

I guess it just depends how much you value the thinkpad build quality. No doubt on paper it doesn't look great, but it is a thinkpad.
