took less than 5 minutes to change the HD.... If that is your definition of "difficult" you have other issues..

Regardless of the difficulty in replacing the hard drive, after you replaced the SSD it was still a good price?
Post #57334844 added 02-03-2013 9:37 AM by dougpaw57 in Archived Deals
I guess I was referring to the fact that generally you would have to spend more money to get this unit right, most people don't have a pile of SSDs laying around.

This was probably answered and I apologize but can someone tell me what the difference is between this one and the one Staples had last week? I have 7 more days to decide on a return.

I think this price was about what the last deal was at staples when you stacked coupons. Good deal none the less. If I was looking for a cheap ultraportible, I'd be all over this.

I really want a touchscreen and almost pulled the trigger but the soldered ram kills it for me :-( It seems like more companies are making it harder to upgrade their stuff. Seems like a good price.

Technically, it is not an ultrabook since it doesn't have a SSD (which Intel requires for that label).
