The SanDisk Ultra 30MB/s and SanDisk Mobile Ultra 30MB/s perform identically - as in, they both do 30MB/s+ read (actually, I was able to achieve ~42-44MB/s read), and write (like you said, around...

What I would do if you are replacing the card in your phone is throw the new card in and let the card format it. Then use a computer and copy the files you want manually. It may take a bit longer...

The only requirement for class 10 is unfragmented sequential writes while 2-6 require that speed for any writes. Class 10 is really only meant for taking photos where data is just being dumped...

Actually, it's 2GB. Some manufacturers did make 4GB non-SDHC cards, but they are not standard and will usually not work in anything which DOES support SDHC.

You are better off paying the extra $100 to get the 128gb model. You won't be able to install windows 8 store apps to the sd card without a hack.

MicroSDXC should be good. IIRC, the HC cards only go up to 32GB, so a 64GB card would have to be XC. There are a lot of people on xda and elsewhere running 64GB cards.
Post #57349354 added 02-04-2013 5:56 AM by Strmtrper6 in Archived Deals
Anything above 32GB will be SDXC. And on a technology level, there really isn't much difference between SDHC and SDXC. They can both handle up to 2TB. That's because class 8 doesn't exist....
