If your TV accepts a standard USB keyboard, this should work fine. Your TV will see it as if it's a standard USB keyboard. (this is not true of some bluetooth keyboards, but this isn't bluetooth)...

Touchpad discount worked fine for me! Couldn't find many reviews, but the one on Amazon reported that a lot of the features don't require Windows 8, and that pinch-to-zoom works even on Windows XP.
