I had to trade in 3 times before I got a decent camera (Made in China though)
The "Made in Japan" 1st batches seem to have Lens Defects.

Was thinking about this for scuba but 500 for camera and 400 for cheapest underwater case and still need light kits so would run me 900+lighting.
S100 $280+212 underwater case = $492... Tough...

Too funny as this camera came to me like new -- BUT it isn't exaclt pocket size and the scuba accessories (watercase) was much more than the Powershot S100.
