i think you are always shipping it within the US and eBay will take your shipment and ship it out internationally. no need to fill the forms and stuff. the buyer needs to be from a foreign country.

hmmm.... for buy it now purchases the FVF is normally about 6 percent for me....
everything i sale over 50 bucks i divide%8.5 percent (included paypal fees) and then subtract for shipping as well...
