No one knows for sure, but rumor has it around 90% of a GTX 690 speed, on ONE chip/GPU (so no SLI, just single-GPU). Pricing is pretty well-known to be $899.

Probably, but the 690 is technically SLI and that introduces SLI issues... and you can only run 2 690's whereas those with $10000 computers can run 4 Titans... and could probably cure cancer by...
