So what I've noticed with this little "maintenance thing" they're doing, that once I do the polls, my points show up like normal in the RZ Facebook app, and show up normal for a good 15 mins or so on...

i didn't ask my points back..i simply told that i had 300 points in my account and i lost all of them as annual point adjustment..then she explained me...

From myrewardzone webpage, click on contact us at the bottom. Just submit the email that way. I received an auto reply in less than a minute informing me that they will get to me soon.

Once the FB app updates with the missing points, go to the bottom of the page and click on the myrewardzone.com hyperlink. That portal should bring you to your RZ account and display all the points...
