received mine today this thing is a beast!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 2 hard drive slots... and the lowest windows experience comes from the hard drive at 5.9 beside that the lowest is 6.4 for graphics

So glad I got the 17R SE instead of the 15R SE...unless you carry it everywhere, it's hard to go with a smaller screen now :heart: Also the 650M is surprisingly capable.

They actually don't honor retail store warranties in some cases, you have to register it on their site, but they don't tell you that. Every other PC manufacturer covers the warranty no matter where...

I think the warranty is void if they refurbish it. But with Cowboom they just take like new laptops and reinstall Windows, then call it refurbished. Not really sure with them, Dell's warranties are...
