HE is formulated to reduce suds as front loading HE machines use less water. Technically, one might use the same amount of HE detergent or more of it to compensate (so to speak) in a regular washing...

yes, the only difference is that HE doesn't get foamy and sudsy and non-HE does get foamy and sudsy. this is a 2- pack ;) so it is 50% off for you now. imo 50% off is FP material for me
