I don't like 8 either but it's about all you can get with new hardware these days. google "Classic Shell"...problem solved...it even binds your windows key on your keyboard back to the start menu...

its not worth it imo, because the hd 7340 is also an entry level graphic card. it wont help you any better with more demanding graphic games.
