Is it a 1080p screen? If so, go for it or wait on a slick deal with similar specs. If its the same 900p LED screen, honestly you're not going to notice the difference in the two CPUs day to day. ...

if you can do self repairs, i'd go with Dell. they post step by step tear downs of their machines on their site and it's so easy to find replacement parts on ebay.

I'd hold off for 17R Special Edition from Dell Outlet (which you still get a warranty)
and you can get one fully loaded for same price plus with backlit keyboard and 650m nvidia card

Older CPU, 900p screen, 5400RPM hard drive, no gigabit ethernet.
Not bad for $700 + tax, considering it's got a 630M GPU in there, but not really "loaded".

That's a pretty ridiculous processor. Seems like a pretty good deal as long as you don't care about having an SSD. Also I'm assuming it does but just make sure it has USB 3.0
