I agree it's getting worse, but I got the membership for free, so shouldn't complain much. I don't know if or how their business works, so I can understand if they're trying to cut some costs.

You have to click on the individual product to bring up the page with the coupon. If you add to cart from the link OP provided (that shows all 7 options) then you won't see the $1 coupon checkbox. ...

I don't see Sodium Hydroxide in Pert ingredients list. This article is more then 4 years old. Pert isn't that harsh like you think. Use www.ewg.org/skindeep/ to check cosmetics safety

I got mine free as well and I am sure 99% of SDers got it free. I don't understand how SR would "SURVIVE" beside getting ads $ from online retailers (I think).

When I sign in to shoprunner it tells me that I have items that don't qualify. The only thing I'm buying are the three shampoos. Anyone else having this problem?

I ended up calling in my order. Took about 20 minutes on the phone to apply all discounts and sales tax. They are sending in an IT ticket to investigate the problem with Shoprunner.
