I agree. I own this and it works great but I may retire it for a HDHomeRun Prime. The networked tuners just have more uses like with multiple PC's, smartphones and tablets, etc. in the same home. ...

personally a fan of the network based tuners (HDHomeRun) but not a bad price if it works as well as the Prime does.
