For most people - This is a great deal. With the kit lens - You will be able to take some decent pictures. I cant tell you about IQ as most people who will put on Auto and take pictures anyway....

go for t3i with additional lens. there aren't much difference between t3i and t4i.. if you are a pro then you might need t4i.. but if you are beginner.. then t3i with tele lens 55-250 is awesome deal

Just my personal preference, but I like having the 18-135 so I can go pretty wide or zoom in all without having to change lenses. You lose out on the 135-250 range, but in my opinion it's worth the...
