I have the 2GB version that SD had a couple months back for $140 ($130?) after rebate. Granted it was HIS, but even so, they're out there.

$150 is for the 1GB of RAM version. This one has 2GB of RAM, and the price is actually pretty low for a 2GB version. Of course, if you're not gaming over 1920x1080, then it probably won't matter.
