Yea the SSD.
If I suspected my SSD, I would do a diskcheck.
After that, if it was still glitchy, then I would tend to believe that the OS is damaged, not the SSD.
Before doing that, do a Diskcheck.
I'm not suggesting that it will resolve all your problems, but it will guarantee that you don't do a fresh install on a corrupt hard drive.

From what I'm told, the M4 is a very stable SSD, so I'd be more inclined to believe that the OS is corrupt, than to think that the SSD is toast.

It was either flash player plugin or audio driver after updating those 2 things seems to be working once again thanks for all the help.
