I believe this is wild-caught as well. In addition, most cans have BPA in the lining, for those concerned about BPA.

Yeah, it's definitely the canning process, but it's an increase per gram of tuna. Unless I'm reading it wrong, if you have 1 gram of canned tuna, you are going to be eating more mercury than 1 gram...

Just so people know, I believe the main difference between the canned salmon and this stuff is the can has the skin and those soft bones (which I just mash up anyways) and the packets dont.

I understand that it is introduced obviously as part of being a fish; but I was under the impression that canning added additional mercury to the product. (See my previous posts for link to study)...
