I have one of these, refurbed even. Drive is quiet and fast enough for Windows 8. boot up time in Windows 8 is about 10 seconds...

is 10 seconds a full boot up (restart) or a hybrid boot up? "Microsoft has added a new feature called Hybrid Boot to current builds of the operating system which appears to be active by default....
