No this lens is for crop sensors only, it will cut off the edges when used on full frame and might damage the mirror box.

The 35G is a very sharp lens wide open, nothing to be ashamed of. My Sigma 50 is just as sharp or sharper at f/1.8, so I assumed the 30mm would be as well.
