Supposedly if you run the burn in calibration for a few days, those problems are mostly gone. HOWEVER, that being said, I wouldn't use plasma for your restaurant menu, I'd use LCD/LED instead.

Your correlation that all plasma is bad because of a manufacturer who used bad capacitors in select models is a joke. Big picture is very few were effected by bad capacitors / click of death.

As compared to a 60" 16:9 set: 64"- 14% more screen area. 65"- 17% more screen area. So, if by "a couple hundred more" you mean "two hundred more", you pay 27% more for 14-17% more screen...
