Ya, I've ordered previously from them as well and had nothing but good experiences up to this last purchase. So I'm hoping this is an anomaly, although after this lens I really don't have any other...

I've gotta say, I'm surprised. I've ordered from Canon about 5 times before (both bodies and lenses), including this recent time, and haven't received anything that didn't look like new. Maybe I...

Anyone recall about how long it generally takes Canon to ship during these refurb deals and/or where they ship from? Thank you.

How does the EF 28mm f/1.8 USM stack up to the Sigma 30mm f/1.4? I currently have a canon t3i with a 40mm, 50mm and 18-55mm. I need a lens for indoor shots/video & lowlight shots/video. I currently...

Aside from having higher quality optics and better build quality - the 17-55 has a max aperture of 2.8 across the entire zoom range. Your 18-55 has a variable max aperture - 3.5 at the wide end down...

Does anyone know if this deal will include flashes? I know it says refurbished lenses and EOS digital cameras, but does that automatically exclude other Canon items?

Does the sale start at midnight on Feb 24th? Will it be in EST/CST/PST?
I don't think he was talking about the IS mark 2 version. I've never used the non-stabilized one but have heard that while good it's not up to the mark 2 standards

It is a touch redundant, but you might like the 135 better.

16-35mm is not a walk around all purpose lens. You might want to check out the pictures online before you buy it.

D3100. The articulating screen is gimmicky crap unless you're shooting video. Even then, I can count the number of times I used it on one hand. The T3i has an overall edge over the D3100 but...

I'm waiting for a better D5100 deal (and resisting this deal). What I've read about D5100 is that it has continuous AF in video but in T3i you have to half press the button to change the focus...

I just called about the 10-22 and it is in stock but does not qualify for the discount according to the rep I talked to. Sounds like they have a list which is probably the same one posted on the...

too bad the 17-55 is not on this list, if buying new 17-55, would you rather buy 16-35 2.8L refurb for almost the same price (1059 new 17-55 vs 1087 refurb 16-35)

Been thinking about getting a refurb T3i body only. Anyone know how often those come in stock? Don't want the kit lens provided here and I figure a body only would be at least $50-75 less. Any...

I eventually saw this note at Canon's site: This lens is only compatible with fixed focal length L-series lenses 135mm and over, as well as the EF 70-200/2.8L, EF 70-200/2.8L IS, EF 70-200/4L,...

great idea if you don't have to pay tax from Canon. Shipping to Amazon will eat some of that regardless.

The EF 24-105mm f/4L IS USM Refurbished is $735.36. A good deal in my opinion. I already own one purchased for $781.32 back in July'11. I cant search for the product page but I can add it from my...

When using your current lenses, what focal length is your favorite for portraits? The 50mm 1.8 is better for low light, but the image quality from the 40mm 2.8 is generally better - if 2.8 is fast...

Yes I have shot some video and manually focusing is a huge PITA. I typically end up shooting from further back to increase my focal depth, which doesn't give me the best framed video that I'd like...

Great. Congrats. The last two lenses I got from them looked fine except for a smudge on the front element. In fact the smudge was almost in the same spot on both. Ordered at different times though so...
