Agreed - You can return the phone easily within 30 days if you are not satisfy. Can't do that with craigslist.

GSM voice works directly, just insert the micro simcard. GSM Data needs a little bit tweaking, and it is easy too.

I'm using it on T-mobile prepaid voice only. Flashed CleanRom 5.6, it just works. Sorry, never tried the xda trick to enable data connection.
