Sears had the Extech kit (DMM, receptacle tester and voltage tester) for the same price about a week ago. They seem to run that special a couple times a year, fyi.

I would only assume these are so-so quality Be very careful when drilling to not put any side load on the drill bits, or to put too much pressure on them, let the bit do the cutting. Do not cut too...

Thx OP, all the items I wanted were in stock for store pickup down the street from my house. Have an old house with funky wiring so it will provide ample opportunity to learn how to use a multimeter

I also have the bag for the 13 and 18 combo. I will have two more if I can get them on this sale. I have a couple of those meters. Not high dollar units but happy with them at that price.

I know what you mean, I have 3 of them. For $4 it's an excellent bag. I bought the multimeter for $11.49 awhile back and don't regret it, although I'd rather have gotten in on the Extech combo...
