I'd choose Paris. As mentioned above, the room is on par with TI and it has a much better location (Center Strip.) Not to mention they have a free shuttle to RIO if you were going over there.

Should be able to. Resort fees always get charged after your stay. As for TI vs. Paris, I'd probably choose Paris based on location. I haven't stayed at either, but I believe the rooms are on par...

The No Resort Fee thing was literally the only thing Caesar's resorts had going for it. Now there is ABSOLUTELY no reason to stay there. Their rooms are so dated, etc. Why would someone still pay...

Pretty much everything on the strip Is Caesars/Harrah's or MGM. I checked out Planet Hollywood, Hard Rock, Riveria, and Hooters... and they all have resort fees as well.

This sucks, this was the one good selling point of the Harah's properties (lack of resort fees) unlike MGM Mirage casinos. I guess it was too tempting for them to make an extra buck from their guests...
