Not true. I had negative removed from eBay because it was revenge feedback. Call until you get it changed. EVERY person you call WILL tell you something different because they are IDIOTS.

ebay has become worthless in my mind. Yes move to Amazon! Unless ebay makes some serious changes I don't think they'll be a going concern in 10 years, just my opinion though.
