I'm inclined to agree as I don't see much real use for that extra 250GB for most people these days. Most people can probably easily fit their OS, apps and most frequently accessed data on a 250GB...

SSD will only affect the speed of things that are actually on the drive; it's very common for users to install their boot (along with other things that are frequently accessed or have abnormal load...

What is Mlc and tlc? Edit : I see what you mean. Samsung is TLC and Crucial M4 is mLC which is better. But I have both drives. I don't know why samsung is faster.

This isn't the 840 Pro drive. I'm glad I jumped on the Crucial M4 256 GB deal for the same price. It's better to spend less money when you don't need more than 250 GB.
