No you don't- Apple does not repair stuff that has been visibly refurb, eg opened So you MAY have a longer warranty.... You said that you DEFINITELY will have a longer warranty than 90 days...

Technically it is more than just 90 days since apple will support it for the full one year warranty based on serial number. So you at least have until September. I still wouldn't go with this...

If you tell them you bought it auction/refurbished then yes but if u took it to an Apple Store and they look up the serial, it would come up normal and it'd be under warranty :)

If Squaretrade can add warranty, this is not a bad deal. I think it costs about $80 for a 2 year warranty with no deductible.
