I've noticed these same thing. 460 rocked the spot back in the day and I guess there aren't a whole crap load of them sitting on shelves so no need to do a spring cleaning of them so they don't mark...

I actually stumbled upon a decent SSD deal at Staples. I scored a 240GB v300 for about $115. That would probably be very YMMV for most as I was able to stack the OD 30% with the 20% staples bag...

Exactly my thoughts. I can't recommend a GTX 560Ti for $130 when the 7850 gets like 20% better performance.

* Good for rough gauging. It doesn't account for overclocking overheards which vary from generation to generation and differ per Nvidia/AMD.

I noticed that too. It's not just GPUs though; prices have been a little high on just about all PC components (especially SSDs). I'm kicking myself in the ass right now for not jumping on a SSD deal...

And which price is right for you? Besides Free. Given the level of depreciation of these cards and how expensive the GTX 460s still are, what is a good level price now for GTX 560 Ti cards?

Its been about 2 solid f-ing years this card has hung at this ridiculous price. It should be $50 by now. I was planning upgrading to 2 460's or 560s if I could get them under $100 each about a...

I don't think I would buy one because I'm using a GTX 460 now. I said it might be a good price a year ago because I considered it when Tiger Direct had a sale on a lot of 560 and I almost bought the...

A good chart to gauge: http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/gaming-graphics-card-review,3107-7.html The 7850 is one "iteration" higher than the 560Ti, but clearly at a similar price, the 7850 is...
