I guess you could put the projector on the other end of the table, or if you using windows then you can flip it by pressing ctrl + alt+ the up arrow.

I have the Epson 8700UB. The best in the world. You judge a projector by how deep a black is. A poor projector give deep black a dark grey, which is bad.
