What was your total here that you used a 10/50 since the case paper + 1 HM paper is $57 correct? I thought in order to use the 10/50 you needed to add at least $10 more to case paper.

You need to pay at register and not online, when asked at the kiosk. Then when you are paying at the register, give the person the 5 digit coupon (twice). Worked for me at 4 pm EST and 5 pm EST.

The OS coupon attached to the paper and every other item in that transaction. That's why your $25 paper coupon did not work. If you had sawpped them around, there should have been no issues.
