Yes 3 $200 cards worst case I'll lose a few dollars. This rebate is good for a few weeks. If it works then I'll go back and get as many as I can afford.

you can buy 1 Visa $200 card now and get the $15 visa card via rebate. IF you did it last week, you cannot do it this week since it is the same rebate offer.

What I plan to do it .. charge the card on Paypal here (pay 2.7% fee), after the rebate, I should be still ahead or break even. Just another way to earn points on the CC or meet CC spend.
