that wont work. that is for adapting bnc to rj45 at 'layer 1' if you will. just the physical wire carrying the signal.
the foscam is a network device, you cant just convert its output to video.

I was already to buy until I realized it doesn't come with cameras. A unit with 4 cameras but without the HD is in the $99-$129 range. I HD is cheaper than 4 cameras.
