the amazon warehouse has about 40 of them that were damaged or returned...i like the amzn warehouse...but damaged tech items without a warranty is a big risk.

Some companies will warranty a product from the mfg date, but Amazon won't guarantee they will honor it. So YMMV. Squaretrade is the only way to be sure.

So I am right that it doesn't come with any warranty whatsoever you have to buy a squaretrade one and spend more money. Why can't someone point that out? Would it ruin the "deal" for you?
