If you cancel the purchase before the flight is ticketed, usually within 24 hours, you don't get any cancellation fees, after which you could re-book.

I wish I could jump on the deal. Most of the flights are for weekday travel only. AirTran "Eggs" allows Saturday travel. No Sunday travel. Thanks for the deal though!
