I've been using the VivoTab Smart (which has a few bugs to work out) that has the same CPU and it seems plenty fast for basic use. This shouldn't be considered a main computer.

Well by design, it was designed to handle all programs... so saying that it was not designed for a web browser is pretty weak. Its more that chrome is not exactly optimized for touch the same way...
