I think the 18-135mm lens kit will do just fine, although the 55-250mm for $80 is also a great deal and I'd resell it for at least $120 even if I don't want it.

If you plan on recording video, then definitely the 40mm STM (you should always have this lens if you have the T4i)
I had an 18-135 and 55-250, but I never felt the need to go for that extra...

I have used both lenses and I can guarantee you that you will not need 18-55. 18-135 not only covers the focal range, it has better image quality than the 18-55.
