I read the terms and it clearly says 15%. However if they dont fix the fan noise within 21 days, I'd expect to pay nothing.

I do believe I recall seeing the $900 new deal, but I think that may have been a B&M store so you would pay tax. Also, the referbub UX31A only had a 90 day warranty. That's often pretty important...
