No it would not. Unless you specifically have a mini pci-e socket available. Often, those are for use with mSATA ssd's (correct me if I'm wrong) by Intel Smart Response Technology.

Intel 6200, 6205, 6235, 6250 all use 2x2 radios
Only Intel 6300 uses 3x3 radio.
If you want superior WiFi connectivity over 6235, you have to go for that only.

Most OEM PCs right now are equiped with seperate chips for BIOS and UEFI for cost reasons. If you trash one, it's entirely possible to use the other --but this won't last more than a few more months...
